Meridian Jing-Luo Qigong

Warm-Up:

  1. Meridian Activation: Open and energize the 12 main meridians.

    • Upper Limbs: Activate the Lung, Heart, Pericardium (Heart Protection), Large Intestine, Small Intestine, and Triple Warmer meridians.

    • Lower Limbs: Stimulate the Spleen, Liver, Kidney, Stomach, Gallbladder, and Urinary Bladder meridians.
